Arrangements for ECAD annual Mayors Conference in Varna are in full swing!
Conference hosts in Varna and ECAD offer you a professionally engaging and challenging programme, including historical sightseeing and wine-tasting at the 19th centrury Bulgarian royal summer palace.
Please that note the deadline for hotel booking and registration has been prolonged until May 7, 2011

All ECAD cities and other interested parties as well as those who take part in Youth in Europe project are welcome to participate in a special open seminar on May 11, from 14.00 to 17.00.´
