An urban solution
To an urban problem
In an urban setting

Experience, knowledge and care are what has made Checkpoint treatment a constructive solution for treating addiction in the city of Stockholm.
Checkpoint was among the
Founders of the Checkpoint,
Ove och Vivianne Ronneman
first in Sweden using a
12-step open treatment for
younger drug and alcohol addicts.
Checkpoint offers an alternative to a 24-hours care at other treatment centres.

There is no 'World Cup' in prevention - not in Europe anyway. However, C.R.I.S. was the winner of the 'World Prevention Award' for the year 2000 in Atlanta, USA.
If you want to learn more about C.R.I.S., with branches in several Swedish cities, do not miss the reception on Friday May 16th, hosted by C.R.I.S.
C.R.I.S. is an organisation which consists solely of former addicts and ex-prisoners, fighting drugs and criminality.
C.R.I.S. also exists in Lithuania and Denmark and is expected to open up branches in other countries.
There are several drug free prisons in Sweden, running rehabilitation programs for drug addicts. Conference delegates will have the opportunity to visit two different prisons, Färingsö for women and Hall, a prison for men.
Hall is one of the biggest prisons in Sweden with several wings, including drug free wings. C.R.I.S. will be in charge of the study visits to the prisons and you will get the opportunity to talk to staff as well as prisoners.
You can only choose one of the prisons as the study visits will take place at the same time.
