Call for proposals to the Plenary session at the Annual Mayors Conference in Moscow, May 13th, 2013 is now open!

ECAD members (i.e.paying cities) are entitled to send in proposals and motions to the Plenary session.

Please send in your proposals to ECAD Head office no later than April 15th, 2013.
