ECAD has instituted a yearly award for member cities, persons or organizations that have made remarkable achievements or have exercised successful activities in the work against illicit drugs. By the institution of this award, ECAD strives to encourage member cities, persons and organizations with engagement and commitment and to stimulate increased activities in our member cities. Every member city, as well as policy makers, civil servants, experts and voluntary actors in ECAD member cities are welcome to nominate candidates for the Award.
