ECAD director Tomas Hallberg (up to April 2008) and St. Petersburg`s governor Valentina Matvienko sign Letter of Intent to launch a new ECAD project "Youth in Europe"  patronized by Icelandic President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson.

St. Petersburg became the first participating city to sign the agreement. Please have a look at the event described in Russian at their website www.ecad.ru!
